What is an Ever Song?
An Ever Song is a professionally created personalised song based on your story, memories and experiences. Every song is unique and created specifically for you or the person receiving the gift.
How does the process work?
Simply place your order and complete our questionnaire. The more information you provide, the more personal your song will be. We will create your lyrics, send them to you for approval and then produce your finished song.
How long does it take?
Most Personal Ever Songs are completed within 14 days of receiving your completed questionnaire and lyric approval.
Can I review the lyrics before the song is produced?
Yes. We will send you the lyrics for approval before the final song is created.
How many revisions are included?
One round of lyric revisions is included in the price of every Personal Ever Song.
What will I receive?
You will receive:
- An MP3 version of your song
- A WAV version of your song
- A presentation PDF file of your lyrics
How will my song be delivered?
Your completed song and lyric sheet will be delivered digitally by email.
Can I choose the style of music?
Yes. The questionnaire allows you to tell us about your preferred musical style and any special requests you may have.
Can I order a song as a gift?
Absolutely. Ever Songs make wonderful gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, retirements, memorials, new babies and many other special occasions.
Who owns the copyright to my Personal Ever Song?
Upon delivery, ownership of your Personal Ever Song transfers to you for personal use. Full details can be found on our Copyright Information page.
Can I use my Personal Ever Song commercially?
No. Personal Ever Songs are intended for personal use only. If you require a song for business, promotional or organisational purposes, please order a Corporate Ever Song.
Can I purchase full copyright ownership?
Yes. Copyright buyout options are available for both Personal Ever Songs and Corporate Ever Songs. Please contact us for further information.
Could my Ever Song be licensed or sold to other people?
No. Any song created through our Personal Ever Songs or Corporate Ever Songs services is produced exclusively for the client who commissions it.
Although Ever Songs retains copyright ownership unless a separate copyright buyout has been arranged, commissioned songs are treated as private works and are not offered for licensing, resale or commercial use by third parties.
Songs made available through the Ever Songs Licensing service are separate from commissioned Ever Songs and are specifically available for licensing purposes. Personal and Corporate Ever Songs are never included in the licensing catalogue.
What is a Corporate Ever Song?
Corporate Ever Songs are created for businesses, sole traders, charities, schools, colleges, universities, sports clubs, community organisations, YouTube channels, events and other professional projects.
Can I cancel my order?
Because every Ever Song is created specifically for the customer, cancellation may not be possible once work has begun on creating your lyrics. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss your order.
