Terms of Service

By purchasing an Ever Song, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom-Made Products

Every Ever Song is created specifically for an individual, family, organisation or occasion using the information provided by the customer. As each song is bespoke and personalised, it is considered a custom-made digital product.

Lyric Approval Process

Customers will receive a lyric draft for review before music production begins. One round of lyric revisions is included with every order. Once lyric approval has been given, music production will commence.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of the service, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once lyric approval has been given or music production has begun.

If a customer wishes to cancel before a lyric draft has been created, please contact us as soon as possible at emma@eversongs.co.uk.

Delivery

Ever Songs are delivered digitally. No physical product is supplied.

Customers will receive their completed song as digital audio files together with a PDF lyric sheet. Delivery times may vary depending on workload, revisions and project requirements.

Personal Use Licence

Personal Ever Songs include unlimited personal usage rights. Songs may be shared with family and friends, used at personal events and shared on personal social media accounts.

Personal Ever Songs may not be resold, licensed, used in advertising, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Ever Songs.

Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all musical compositions, recordings, arrangements and master recordings remain the copyright of Ever Songs.

Customers retain the right to enjoy and use their personalised song in accordance with the licence granted at purchase.

Corporate projects and commercial licences are subject to separate licensing agreements.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through questionnaires, forms or correspondence is accurate and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
